Overnight oats. Except it's not overnight. And it's not oats. Wait, what am I making again?

These "No-vernight No-ats" only need about 10 minutes of soaking time, and don't have any oatmeal. Instead, the magic comes from psyllium husk, a high fiber powder that's virtually calorie free. Its thickening power puts even chia seeds to shame.

Plus, with less carbs/calories due to the lack of oats, that let's you fill this with more goodies; namely extra nut butter and a banana.

Mix together your bowl, and let it sit for just a few minutes before eating. A perfect breakfast for when you forget to prep it the night before, with plenty of fiber, protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs!
