Description
Who doesn't love a good tzatziki? This Greek sauce uses a base of plain Greek yogurt and cucumber mixed with lemon and dill for a light and refreshing sauce or dressing to nearly everything, in particular my Roasted Salmon and Sprouts. Pair this with a size of Stuffed Grape Leaves and a Greek Salad, and you have a delicious combo!
