I just found this awesome idea the other day - sweet potato toast. Just take some large slices of sweet potatoes, air fry (or toast) them, and then top with whatever you like! What a great gluten-free and grain-free alternative to standard toast without typical storebought bread.

- 3 slices Sweet potato
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Preheat your air fryer to 400F.
- Take a large sweet potato, and cut 3 large, thin slices from the center, about 40 g each or 120 g total.
- Optionally lightly spray the top with oil, and optionally sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Air fry at 400F for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway, or until soft, tender, and lightly browned.
- Top with whatever you got!
Notes
- With the rest of the sweet potato, you can cut them into cubes and roast them for a side with dinner.
