Yogurt bark is a very simple snack you can keep in your freezer indefinitely and eat at any point. It's highly customizable too, just mix in different ingredients until you like the taste, and top with whatever you have on hand.

- 1 1/2 cup Plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Frozen blueberries
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Mix yogurt, peanut butter, and honey in a medium bowl
- Spread mixture onto a cookie sheet and top with blueberries
- Freeze until firm, at least an hour. Slice
