 Plain nonfat greek yogurt combined with whey protein powder makes a protein packed bowl to start your day off right. I've made 4 different variations of yogurt bowls that you can easily prep the night before for an easy breakfast. We have PB&J, Apple Pie, Chocolate, and PB Banana for you to enjoy. Ingredients

Apple
  • 1 medium Apple, gala
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
  • 1/8 tsp Cloves, ground
Yogurt
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming

  1. Heat a small pan over medium heat. Finely dice your apple, and add to the pan with a splash of water. Cover and cook until soft and lightly browned. Add your spices, toast until fragrant (about 30 seconds), and remove from the heat.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and top with the cooked apple. Cover, and refrigerate overnight
