
Description
Plain nonfat greek yogurt combined with whey protein powder makes a protein packed bowl to start your day off right. I've made 4 different variations of yogurt bowls that you can easily prep the night before for an easy breakfast. We have PB&J, Apple Pie, Chocolate, and PB Banana for you to enjoy. Ingredients
Serving(s)
Apple
- 1 medium Apple, gala
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
- 1/8 tsp Cloves, ground
Yogurt
- 3/4 cup Plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp Natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavored
- 1/4 tsp Liquid monk fruit
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Heat a small pan over medium heat. Finely dice your apple, and add to the pan with a splash of water. Cover and cook until soft and lightly browned. Add your spices, toast until fragrant (about 30 seconds), and remove from the heat.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and top with the cooked apple. Cover, and refrigerate overnight
