Description

It gets its protein from the yogurt and casein, healthy fats from the chia seeds, fiber from the oats and chia, and natural sweetness from the banana and strawberries. Ingredients

- 1 small Banana, overripe
- 1/2 cup Quick oats
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Liquid monk fruit
- 1/4 tsp Almond extract
- Small pinch Salt
- 3/4 cup Plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 cup, unthawed Frozen strawberries
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- In a medium bowl, mash your banana with the back of a fork until smooth. Combine with the rest of the ingredients (except the strawberries), and mix until creamy and fully combined
- Top with finely diced strawberries. Cover with a plate, and refrigerate overnight. Either eat cold for overnight oats, or microwave on high for 2 minutes (stirring halfway) to eat warm
