Sometimes you only want 1 dessert. This Nutella cookie is a double chocolate variation of my Just One Cookie recipe, using Nutella and brown sugar in place of cashew butter and granulated monk fruit. Perfect for those days you're craving a traditional dessert, but don't want a whole tray of cookies to indulge on.

Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Nutella
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Chocolate chips
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Preheat your air fryer to 300F. Prepare a small piece of parchment paper
- In a small bowl, mix together your Nutella, sugar, and vanilla extract with half your chocolate chips
- Press the dough into a thin circle. Top with your remaining chocolate chips
- Air fry at 300F for about 10 minutes, or until the cookie is set and the chocolate is melty
