Description
Most gluten free crackers are still no healthier than standard crackers. In fact, they can be worse for you, having more oil and sugar with a lower fiber content.

Not these crackers; they're gluten free, vegan, sugar free, oil free, nut free, and grain free. The base is made up of flaxseeds and chia seeds, 2 great healthy fats that are both rich in the Omega-3 fatty acid ALA, as well as being good sources of both fiber and protein.

These crackers not only taste great and are nice and crispy, but they also won't spike your blood sugar. This recipe is an adapted version of "Herbed Flax Crackers" from the book Good Energy, and pair perfectly with Classic Tahini Hummus.
