No bake energy bites were the first healthy baking recipe I had ever made. I had gotten this recipe from a friend 6 years ago or so, so I feel like it's time to bring it back. I've made some light modifications, like swapping the honey for dates instead. These energy bites are a great grab and go snack, or topping to your morning Greek yogurt.
