Description
Most vegan "protein" bar recipes on the internet are not a protein bar. They're an energy bar (aka a carb or fat bar) that happens to have protein powder in it. Some don't have protein powder at all, just using nuts or something for their sole protein source.

In comparison, this vegan protein bar is an actual protein bar. Each bar contains 19 g of protein in under 120 calories, with just a little bit of carbs and fat to keep the protein ratio in check. They're no bake, easy to prepare, freeze well, and are free of sugar, gluten, and nuts in addition to being vegan.
