Step 1
- 4 cup Water
- 2 tsp Better Than Bouillon
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper, ground
- 1 tsp Turmeric, ground
Step 2
- 4 oz Onion
- 4 oz Bell pepper
- 4 oz Carrots
- 4 oz Cabbage
Step 3
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Add water, better than bouillon, and spices to a medium pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat
- Meanwhile, cut your onion, pepper, carrot, and cabbage into a small dice. Add to the pot of boiling water
- Cover and let boil for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat, and finish with lemon juice and olive oil
