Zoodles and Meatballs

Description
These meatballs are gluten free, and can be made with ground beef, turkey, or chicken. They taste great, and can be eaten on their own, or mixed into a sauce and pasta, like I did here with zucchini noodles. I used my Simple Pasta Sauce recipe here, but feel free to use whatever sauce you desire. Pesto would be great too, like my Lightened Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pesto, Creamy Pesto Dip, or my Avocado Pesto - Vegan and Oil Free. This recipe here is very similar to my Spaghetti (Squash) & (Gluten Free) Meatballs, where that recipe instead uses spaghetti squash instead of zoodles and beef instead of turkey
