I've had a bunch of fresh ginger left over lately, so this has been one of my go to ways to churn through it. Who knew making herbal tea is so easy; just boil water with some sort of flavoring (in this case fresh ginger and lemon juice), and sip!

Ingredients

- 1 cup Water
- Small piece Ginger, fresh
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- In a small pot, bring water to a boil. Add a piece of ginger into the pot, and let simmer for 5 minutes
- Stir in lemon juice, and let sit for a few minutes. Remove the ginger, and optionally some honey if you like it sweeter
