Step 1
- 2 cup Nonfat cottage cheese
- 6 oz can Tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Basil, dried
- 1 tbsp Oregano, dried
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes

- 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese, low moisture part skim
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Add cottage cheese, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes to a medium bowl. Mix until fully combined with a silicone spatula.
- Divide across 2 small microwave safe bowls, about 340 g each. Top each bowl with 1/4 cup (28 g) shredded mozzarella. Add on any other desired toppings.
- Cover with a plate and microwave for 2 minutes. Let cool for 1-2 minutes before eating.
