Description
Normally when I feed my starter, I mix the discard with baking powder and salt to make 2 Sourdough Discard Flatbreads. But today I wanted to try something different. Could I turn that same simple mixture into a pie crust? With just 2 ingredients, this recipe transforms sourdough discard into a low-calorie, bread-like pie crust with practically zero effort. Just mix, shape, and bake!
