I'll make this nutella-ish spread every so often, and store the leftovers in the freezer. It's sweet without being loaded with added sugars, and goes great on toasted 100% Whole Wheat Bread or on nut butter recipes!

- 2 tbsp Natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Liquid monk fruit
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavored
- 6 tbsp Unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 tsp Almond extract
- Small pinch Salt
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Mix all ingredients in a small container, and store the leftovers in the fridge. In place of liquid stevia or monk fruit, you can use 1/2 tbsp (10 g) honey or maple syrup
