 Ah parmesan broccoli. I love some good old Simply Roasted Vegetables, but this is what I make when I want to level up my vegetable game with minimal effort. It's just roasted broccoli sprinkled with grated cheese, and roasted until crispy and lightly charred. It's cheesy, garlicky, lemony, and a delicious side dish to any mains

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper, ground
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper

  2. Toss the broccoli with all the ingredients on the pan

  3. Roast at 425F for about 30 minutes, or until browned to your liking
