Ah parmesan broccoli. I love some good old Simply Roasted Vegetables, but this is what I make when I want to level up my vegetable game with minimal effort. It's just roasted broccoli sprinkled with grated cheese, and roasted until crispy and lightly charred. It's cheesy, garlicky, lemony, and a delicious side dish to any mains

Ingredients
Serving(s)
- 2 lb Frozen broccoli, thawed
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper, ground
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Preheat your oven to 425F. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Toss the broccoli with all the ingredients on the pan
- Roast at 425F for about 30 minutes, or until browned to your liking
