Description
Finding a protein bar with a lot of fiber, no added sugar, and that doesn't cost an arm and a leg is like finding a hay in the needle stack. Using my new homemade high fiber syrup and some vanilla casein protein powder, I made a high protein and fiber dough perfect for 1 protein bar.
For just 123 calories, this protein bar has an astounding 25 g of protein and 15 g of fiber. Pair this with some nuts for some healthy fats, and you have the perfect filling snack!
