Step 1
- 2 cup Nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Cumin, ground
Step 2
- 4 oz can Diced green chiles
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Combine cottage cheese, cheddar, minced garlic, chili powder, paprika, and cumin in a blender or food processor, until smooth
- Transfer to a microwave safe bowl. Mix a can of diced green chilies into the queso bowl
- Cover with a plate, and microwave for about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds, until warm and melty
