Description
It's never too early (or late) for Girl Scout Cookies. Instead of those ultra processed, high glycemic, high sugar, and low nutrient boxed cookies, you can instead make this nutritious snack using apples as a base. The topping consists of unsweetened coconut flakes and almond butter for ample amounts of healthy fats and fiber, as well as honey for natural sweetness. A few of these are just what you need mid-day when you're having sugar cravings and need something to hold you over until dinner
