Description
I love hummus; it's easily my favorite dip for vegetables and dressing for salad. Lately I've been experimenting with other flavors, so I've made this roasted beet hummus. Beets give this hummus a mild sweet taste, while making them creamy and vibrant red. You can also check out any of my other salad dressings or hummus recipes!
