Description
Have you ever needed peanut butter but not had any? Powdered peanut butter is peanut butter with most the fat removed, so why not just add it back in? This is the ratio of peanut flour to oil to make peanut butter, matching the nutrition facts of real peanut butter as close as possible. I use extra virgin olive oil, as it's one of the healthiest fat sources, but other oils will work as well, such as coconut or avocado oil. Or check out any of my other nut butter recipes!
