Description
This fudge is a healthy version of my Traditional Fudge Recipe, where I swapped out the sugar and marshmallows for liquid monk fruit. The result is a fudge with the perfect texture and a strong, bittersweet chocolate flavor. It has 0 g of sugar and less than half the calories. If you like super dark chocolate, than this fudge is for you. On the left is my classic fudge, and on the right is the sugar free version
