Ingredients

- 1/4 cup Fruit juice, sugar free
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 2 tsp Psyllium husks, whole
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Mix together fruit juice, lime juice, and psyllium husk in a small bowl or mason jar. Let sit for 10 minutes so the psyllium thickens the juice before serving
Notes
- This is the juice that I'm using. It's a zero sugar mango/peach fruit juice that's sweetened with stevia, and has 0 calories
- I'm only making 1 large serving (75 g, or 5 tbsp) of jelly today, but you can easily scale this up and store the extra in the fridge
