Description
I have this saved under meme recipes because of the oats, but it's actually really good. The "Bolognese" is more of a meat and carrot stew, and it's served alongside a "risOATto" with quick oats, seasoned with parmesan cheese. My brother generated this recipe as a joke with ChatGPT, and I wanted to test it out and turn it into an actual dish. You can also check out any of my other oatmeal recipes!
