I called to marinate the chicken and sprouts, that way it's easier to put together come dinner time. I like to pair it with a side of brown rice for a complete meal.

  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder

  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
