Description
 Quick pickles add a great color and flavor pop to nearly every dish, and red onions are my personal favorite vegetable for this. Simply cover with water and vinegar in a mason jar, and you're done! You can also check out any of my salad dressings!

  • 2 medium Onion
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Dill, dried
Instructions

  1. Cut the red onions into long thin strips and add to a large mason jar. In a measuring cup, mix together water, vinegar, salt, garlic, and dill. Pour over the sliced onions, and let pickle in the fridge for at least a few days before eating
