Description
The "no" in this Nojito has a double meaning. Not only is it a mocktail, being alcohol free, but it's also sugar free, being sweetened with liquid monk fruit. The combination of fresh mint and lime makes a perfectly refreshing beverage for these hot summer months.

A standard mojito would have 2 oz (60 g) of rum, as well as use 1/2 oz (14 g) of simple syrup in place of liquid monk fruit.
Remember that alcohol has 7 calories per gram. This amount of rum contains approximately 20 g of alcohol, meaning 140 calories from the rum alone, plus an additional ~20 calories from the simple syrup.
