Description
These gluten free pretzels are low in carbs, high in fat, and contain a moderate amount of protein. That's due in part to the almond flour and mozzarella cheese in the dough. That in combination with the spices in the dough and the salt on top makes the perfect savory pretzel for those with Celiac Disease.   • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper

  • 6 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese, low moisture part skim
  • 1 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
Topping
