Description
Instead of a protein bar, why not a protein cookie? This recipe is a direct copycat of the Quest Protein Cookies, having the exact same macros for a fraction of the price and ingredients list. Instead of $2.08 for each storebought cookie, my homemade copycat is just $1.08, about half the price. I'm making just 1 cookie today, but you can easily scale this up to make a larger batch.
