Description
This cereal is full of fiber and protein, and tastes similar to the sweet cereals you loved growing up, without all the extra added sugars. Instead of serving with just plain milk, I'm also mixing up a little protein shake to use for even more of a boost.

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380F, and drain and rinse a can of chickpeas. Add to a bowl, and toss with cinnamon. Air fry for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy

  2. In a shaker bottle, make your protein shake - milk, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla. Any milk will work; almond milk is just what I have today. Omit the sweetener if your protein powder is flavored. 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) liquid monk fruit will also work in place of the granulated

  3. Pour milk over the cereal in a small bowl. Store leftovers in an airtight bag at room temperature
