Cereal
- 15.5oz can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Milk
- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavored
- 1 tbsp Granulated monk fruit
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Preheat your air fryer to 380F, and drain and rinse a can of chickpeas. Add to a bowl, and toss with cinnamon. Air fry for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy
- In a shaker bottle, make your protein shake - milk, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla. Any milk will work; almond milk is just what I have today. Omit the sweetener if your protein powder is flavored. 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) liquid monk fruit will also work in place of the granulated
- Pour milk over the cereal in a small bowl. Store leftovers in an airtight bag at room temperature
