Cereal
- 15.5oz can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3/4 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Milk
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 tsp Liquid monk fruit
- 1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavored
Toppings
- 1/2 cup Frozen blackberries
- 1/4 cup Almonds
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Preheat your air fryer to 400F, and drain and rinse a can of chickpeas. Lightly spray the basket with oil, add in the chickpeas, and lightly spray the tops
- Air fry at 400F for about 14 minutes, until golden and crispy. Remove to a bowl and mix with the honey and cinnamon
- In a bowl or shaker bottle, mix together the milk ingredients until smooth (milk, sweetener, protein powder, and cinnamon). Adjust to your taste
- Pour milk over the cereal, and top with fruit and nuts
