I got this recipe from my girlfriend's mom after having it at their house. It's a simple 2 pan dish of sauteed soft potatoes and diced chicken breast, with Indian spices such as turmeric and cumin. It's a delicious protein and carb combo that goes well with any veggies; here, I've paired my chicken and potatoes with a side of Spinach & Onion Vegetable Medley
