Ingredients
Serving(s)
- 1 medium Apple, gala
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
Cook Mode Off: Prevents screen dimming
- Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a small oven safe bowl with parchment paper, and lightly grease the paper
- Dice your apple, and add to a small food processor with an egg, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Blend until smooth, and no chunks of apple remain
- Transfer the batter to the bowl, and smooth out the top
- Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Transfer to the fridge, and let chill until totally cooled. Invert onto a plate, slice, and serve
